Please be aware the time you should arrive at the office for your appointment is different than the scheduled appointment time. You may be required to complete new patient paperwork or provide personal identification and insurance information prior to being seen by Dr. Getelman. Because of this, you are encouraged to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please confirm your expected arrival time when scheduling the appointment.

When you come for your appointment, please remember to obtain and bring the following items:
- Driver’s License or a valid ID
- Insurance information
- Referral letter (if required)
- Copies of results: X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, etc.
- List of medications (if any)
- All medical history
- Emergency contact information
- Any other relevant information
If you need to cancel an appointment:
Telephone the office during business hours and allow as much notice as possible so we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
We recognize your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally, emergencies or patients require a little more time and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control.
